Tracking Information

I have already placed an order/about to place an order when I noticed that I was/will be charged for freight. Is that a error?

What is your return policy?

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply send back the product in its original condition, and we'll process a refund for you. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item and completing the inspection. Sure If there is a non-human quality problem within 30 days of receipt, we will reship your order.
